Hi! I am a full time government employee who loves to be outside, hike, kayak, cycle and travel. Adventures are me!
I got interested in Color Street when it was launched in Canada in August 2021. I found that over the last number of years, I was not pushing myself out of my comfort zone enough nor was I using the creative side of my brain, so I decided to try direct sales and I am loving it!
Plus, I wanted to give back to my community. While I was living overseas, I had the opportunity to rescue cats - one of mine is a blind and toothless bundle of adventure I found on the street and fell in love with immediately - and I also feed feral cats in Ottawa. But I want to do more. As the pandemic has made it hard to volunteer time, this seemed like a purr-fect way for me to raise some additional funds to donate to local charities. It is my goal to donate at least 50% of my proceeds to charity, mostly those involving fur babies.
