Rodan + Fields is a leading skincare brand founded in 2000 by two amazing Stanford trained dermatologists Dr Katie Rodan and Dr Kathy Fields with passion for giving people the best skin of their lives and the confidence that comes with it.

The company was quickly acquired by the Estée Lauder companies who placed the R+F skincare Regimens in department stores.  In 2007, the Doctors made an unprecedented move to leave retail stores and buy back the company.  The Drs believe word-of-mouth is an authentic way to share information about its products, they relaunched Rodan + Fields in 2008 using a Consumer Connect Commerce business model 

Since then the company has expanded into Canada, Australia and Japan

How I became involved with Rodan + Fields very simple, my now business partner called and asked if I’d like to try this incredible skincare…I tried it and love the results I’m getting…my skin feels soft and hydrated.
But not only is R+F skincare the best I ever tried the company is always there for support in any way and my business partners are very supportive we’re all willing to help each other get our business off and running.  We’re friends because of the business and our customers have become apart of my friend circle. Meeting so many new and interesting people is awesome.  Since retiring I have the fabulous opportunity to take care of my 4 grandbabies 3 days a week, R+F gives me the flexibility to do this and take my business wherever I am
