We run Trading-Secrets Online Vendor Show's in a Online Group Setting! They are a lot of fun and such a great way to grow your business, gain new customers, new followers and participate in fun giveaways. To book, click "Purchase." An introductory post upon joining the group. This initial post allows you to introduce your business to the group, build rapport, and let our group members know what you have to offer right from the start.
Two additional posts can be posted any time on Friday (for One Week Shows). For the One Week, you can post two additional times on Fridays for One Week Shows. This allows you to re-engage with potential participants during the event. The posting schedules for 4-day and Two Week Shows are different and are designed for ongoing engagement throughout their duration.
Specific Time Slots by Event Type:
  • 4-Day Event:.
  • -One-hour slots each day. Focused engagement over a condensed period, perfect for quick visibility and high-energy participation.
  • One Week Online Vendor Show:
  • -Three Two-Hour slots on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, OR Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Includes two additional posts on Friday to boost mid-event engagement. It provides a balanced schedule, allowing you to reach a wider audience.
  • Two-Week Event:
  • -One-hour slots Daily for the full two-week period. Maximizes visibility with daily posting, ideal for building strong connections and maintaining consistent engagement over an extended timeframe. Each event format includes dedicated time slots to ensure your products or services are showcased effectively.
    Exclusive Access to Our Full Training Library: Unlock a wealth of resources through your Event Pass! Our comprehensive training library includes essential courses like Events 101, Networking Essentials, and Revamping Your Scheduling Strategy—perfect for navigating the latest changes to Facebook scheduling. You’ll also find specialized workshops on Canva design, vision board creation, and building lasting relationships on social media. Each course is packed with actionable “how-to” guides, insider tips, and strategies to help you succeed in online vendor shows and maximize your impact.
    Closing Posts: One Week Show: Closing posts are completed on the following Monday after the show. This closing post serves as an opportunity to thank participants, encourage last-minute connections, and provide a final reminder. For the 4-Day and Two-Week shows, the closing post is made during each vendor’s last timeslot on the final day of the event.
    Access to participate in giveaways and draws that will help grow your business. Each event offers access to group-wide giveaways and draws, creating more ways for customers to interact with your brand and increasing the chances of conversions.
    Themed events that create a fun and engaging environment! Themes are announced before the event starts, adding a festive and fun element that encourages customer interaction and makes shopping more engaging.
    You will be the sole representative from your company at the event. To ensure exclusive visibility for your brand, each event is limited to one representative per company.
    Targeted homework to enhance your success. We provide actionable, goal-focused exercises designed to improve your skills and help you engage meaningfully with participants throughout the event.
    Refunds and ticket relocation options are available up to 48 hours before the event. If your plans change, you can transfer your ticket or request a refund, provided you make the request within the 48-hour window leading up to the event.
    Professionally organized vendor shows with expert guidance. All events are run by a trained Event Specialist who ensures everything runs smoothly.     Pre-Scheduling Your Posts: To make sure you don’t miss any time slots, we recommend pre-scheduling your posts. Due to recent changes in Facebook's scheduling tools, our course titled "Revamping Your Scheduling Strategy" offers step-by-step guidance on how to set this up. If you need further assistance, our team is available to help.
    Adding Topics to Your Posts: Organize your posts by adding relevant topics (e.g., "Company Name with [Your Name]"). This makes it easy for shoppers to browse and navigate your content. If you’re unfamiliar with adding topics, our Event Specialist can guide you through the process.
    Group Building: We ask each vendor to invite 25 friends to the Facebook group to help build the community. Don’t worry—our team will share effective methods and strategies to help you connect with your audience and grow the group.
    Active participation: Make sure to check in regularly, respond to comments, and stay engaged to maintain momentum.     Optional Game Night Participation: Each event features a Game Night for shoppers, where you have the option to donate gift cards or small prizes. While participation is entirely optional, it presents a valuable opportunity to engage with winners and establish new relationships. By joining Game Night, you can increase your visibility and potentially forge meaningful connections.
    Offering Prizes or Gifts for Customer Draws: During the event, you can offer a small prize or gift card to encourage participation and attract new connections. All group members who purchase or participate in our show are automatically entered into a draw for prizes. As a vendor, you’ll present your prize to the winner, allowing you to build a connection with them directly. Examples of prizes include: -Small gifts or samples -A specific discount (e.g., "$20 off an order of $100+") This is an excellent way to build your network and connect with new people.
