About Julie Plouffe


My name is Julie, I was introduced to Silver Icing a few months ago.  I’m a mother to a handsom 18 year old son work full time managing a small family owned restaurant,  now jumped into offering these amazing clothes to my friends and family!
Ever since my first purchase, I fell in love with the quality of the clothing. I typically do not purchase clothing for myself, except the odd thing I’d pick up a Walmart or Old Navy. This year I’ve started making purchases that support Canadian companies and treating myself to better quality of clothes.  I adore the company and how we all push each other while being supportive. We are all about Babes supporting Babes. 
What I love about Silver icing the most is helping ladies feel confident again, looking and feeling their best.  I'm so excited for you to try Silver Icing and love it as much I do! 
Silver Icing was launched in 2013 by our awesome boss babe Christina Marcano (some of you may recognize her from her appearance on the Dragon's Den!). Eight years later Silver Icing is now a thriving online boutique shop with a network of independent stylists. Each purchase you make with Silver Icing supports a fellow Mompreneur/Womanpreneur! 
We are 100% Canadian, ???????? based out of Surrey, B.C. All our prices are in Canadian dollars and items are shipped using Canada Post. No hidden exchange rates or duties! 
We carry lots of Canadian brands such as Wanakome, and BTL. We also have our own in house lines, including our Exclusives activewear line featuring our 8-way stretch, moisture wicking, never sheer material. 
We launch brand new items every single day, which keeps things fresh and exciting. These new items are called "presales" and they are a limited opportunity to purchase items before they join the rest of our online collection!
