Amare has impacted me & those around me so much, I decided to take a Certified Mental Wellness Coach Course to expand on my knowledge & be able to better serve others.
Gone are the days where the couch was my safe space. Having just enough energy to go thru the motions, just to get thru my day. I can now be present, engaged & an active participant to my family & community.
As a mom of 3 & juggling my healing journey & my full-time job, I was exhausted, I was running on autopilot & needed a fresh start. My fiancé got a job opportunity in Savannah Georgia & it felt like our fresh start was on the way! We left everything we've come to know & love behind. We had felt stuck. Stuck in our jobs, stuck in our city, stuck financially...So, when an opportunity arose, we dove in.
I left my full-time job & became a stay-at-home mom overnight in 2021. That's when I actively started looking to overcome & heal a part of my childhood that caused so much trauma. I didn't desire to carry that weight any longer. I had the time now, right?! I had missed out on so many experiences & deprived myself of joy & being in the present moment. I had stopped dreaming.
What I didn't account for was how hard I had hit rock bottom to realize that I had to do something about my Mental Wellness. I started investing the last few savings I had, on ME. I got a life coach, joined multiple communities on FB, even got my Reiki Attunement & launched my Etsy Shop for all things mystical & intentionally made! And through a friend in those communities, I was introduced to Amare. And that's when my journey really took off.
I now desire to help others find their way.
I empower women on their Mental Wellness Journey after trauma & motherhood to stop living on autopilot & start living in harmony with their body!
