I live just north of Winnipeg on a farm with my family, our multitude of pets (which includes chickens- yes, they're our pets, too! lol). Over the past couple of years, I have become increasingly passionate about self-care and abundance mindset. I am here to help you, and answer any questions you have. Why Take 10 Nail Break?
I started this journey during an incredibly stressful, busy time. I was mulling around ideas for my business name, and the chocolate bar song popped into my head. That got me to thinking- Give me a Break. 
People are always saying take five, but five never seems like enough. So, Take 10 was born. We have 10 fingers, and 10 toes. Doing a Color Street mani only takes a few minutes, but you need to be focused and intentional with what you are doing. It's the perfect self care break. You need to make sure your fingers are warm when you do a mani, so grab a cup of something warm and wrap your hands around it. Take your nail strips and apply them, and then enjoy your (easy) beautiful nails for days. Strips can be changed up whenever you need a little break for yourself. ❤ Thank you for joining me on this journey.
