Hi! I’m Emily Rambo! I’m a Mom, Meme and a Rottie Mom. When I first found Ruby Ribbon I was at my wits end with the search for a wire-free bra. I had tried pretty much everything out there and none of them gave me the support I was looking for. My great grandmother had passed away due to breast cancer before I was born, and my grandmother had numerous scares. I was determined to find something without wires as this was what my grandmother’s doctor had advised her to do. During my search I was diagnosed with calcific tendonitis in my left shoulder caused from my bra straps digging into my shoulders. This made finding something that would take the weight off my shoulders a must. Again my search was futile. Then one day out of the blue a friend from high school invited me to her Ditch Your Bra Party. I was skeptical, but joined any way. I was curious so I watched, asked questions, then I decided to give it a try. I will be eternally grateful for that invite. Not only did I find exactly what I’d been looking for, but I found so much more.
Ruby Ribbon is a direct sales company. Designed for women, by women. Our founder Anna Zornosa had been at a formal event with that dreaded shape-wear on that sqeezes the life out of you. I won’t name it, but if you know, you know. Anyway halfway through the event she went to the restroom removed it and tossed it in the trash. She noticed that she hadn’t been the only one. She said to herself there has to be a better solution. This is how Ruby Ribbon was born. Then how to market. She decided direct sales was how she wanted to market these incredible products. Give those stay at home moms, grandmothers and those who needed to make a little extra to help their family’s out. Ruby Ribbon turned 11 this year and we are still growing. What does direct sales mean? Well…you can just be and Independent Stylist if that’s what works for you or you have the option to build a team of incredible women to be your side sisters.
