I am a devoted wife for over 37 years, have 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 goddaughters. I have been in healthcare for over 34 years as a Radiologic Technologist/ CT Technologist. I enjoy helping others and teaching new ideas and concepts about how to live a healthier life and staying young from the inside out.
