A little about me, I am a registered nurse who works in the Surgical day care department in Sudbury Ontario! I am also a health and wellness coach with beachbody, a wife and mamma to 3 boys! ???? ????????

Growing up i was a competitive figure skater, ran track and field and also weight lifted. I have been a very active person my entire life. Wether I am on the go with the kids, working out, going out or just lounging around, I know Zyia has me covered! Their clothing is very versatile and I hope to showcase that to you!
