This is where I started and my experience with the Lean Body System. I started in February 2018 and have dropped from a size 18 pant to a size 10 and from an xxL shirt to a Medium or Small. I increased my walking to daily walks and light cardio. My diet changes consisted of not having as much sugar in my diet, dropping white bread, and rice. Increased my vegetable intake and eating wholegrain bread. I found it was easy where I had struggled my entire life with weight I now was losing on a regular basis. I lost more in inches than weight because my lean muscle increased. Muscle weighs more than the fluffy stuff.
