As the founder of the Uncover Your Awesome: Mindset Coaching Program, Paula Engel is passionate about helping women reclaim their confidence, find their voice, and embrace the incredible power they hold within. A survivor of domestic emotional abuse and narcissistic brainwashing, Paula has transformed her life from one of emotional and financial abuse to a life filled with happiness, fulfillment, and purpose.

Drawing from her personal experiences, Paula believes in the core values of Confidence, Self-worth, Self-reliance, and embracing the awesome woman you were meant to be. Through her coaching program, she guides women on a journey of healing and empowerment, helping them break free from limiting beliefs, build self-confidence, and live a life that truly reflects their potential.

In addition to her coaching, Paula is an Independent Distributor with LifeWave. She was introduced to LifeWave when her 82-year-old mother, who had been struggling with joint pain, found renewed vitality and joy through LifeWave’s patches. Seeing the remarkable transformation in her mother, Paula felt compelled to share the power of LifeWave with others, helping women heal both their mind and body.
