Audra Atherton

I’m Audra Atherton, from Washington state.  I am an ultrasound technologist with 32 years in the medical field, so health and wellness is a huge passion of mine.  

I was introduced to this program one night, with a phone call from my aunt and my mom, who cared about me and knew my struggles. I was overweight, exhausted, emotionally and mentally shut down as a mother, and as a person in general. I had zero self-esteem and I was uncomfortable in my own skin.

I got started and immediately within the first day, I had tons of energy, my brain fog lifted and I wasn’t sad anymore. In my first eight days, I lost 10 pounds 6 1/2 inches and I felt incredible. I had finally found Hope, and I had self-esteem!

I now feel amazing. I have so much energy,  I can finally spend quality time with my kiddos. I see myself in the mirror and I am so proud of myself and for the accomplishments I’ve created.

Not only have I lost a total of 55 pounds and kept it off for over 4 years but I’ve also created a secondary income by sharing and helping others to do the same.  It’s allowed me to double my contributions financially to our family but still gain the time freedom to make it to all my kiddos activities and not missing them due to work obligations.  It’s allowed us more vacation time as well. They grow up so quickly and I know this time won’t last.  So I’m taking full advantage of it while I can. 

The best part is, I get to help others feel this amazing and have the lifestyle to live abundantly as well.
