Hi,
I’m jessica, I’m 32 years old. I have a husband, 2 little boys and a giant schnauzer. We live in Ontario, Canada. The hobbies I have include reading, crocheting blankets, being with my boys, walking, and working out. I got into the health and fitness world over 10 years ago, but started coaching in the last couple years.
My online community have become my family. We get together for events a few times a year which is really awesome. These events we also get to meet some of the super trainers that have created the fitness and nutrition programs we love. I workout 4-6 sometimes 7 days a week and I love it. This is the time i get for me to give back to myself. I wake up early on the days my husband works so i can get my workout done.
Family is a big thing for me, so being part of an online community of people who have become like family to me is incredible.
