I've always enjoyed cooking and learning how food can effect my body. Sipology has been a game changer for my overall health.
Born and raised in Nova Scotia which is where the inspiration for Sipology started. I am a registered nurse working fulltime in Ottawa. I am a mom to a 5 year old boy as well as a dog and two cats.
I live on 155 acres on a dead end road with my husband of 11.5 years, 2 Rottweilers and run 3 businesses Sipology, Pampered Chef and Color Street
I’m married, have 2 boys and am a Special Ed Para in our local Elementary School. I have been with Sipology for 3 years now.
I am passionate about tea and love to make people happy! We have so many options available. I love to support those around me in any way I can.
