Let me introduce myself.
My name is Rina Mottile, I'm 39 years old, my background is Italian born and raised in Ontario. I have been a Stylist for 20 years, hair has always been my passion since the age of 5. I am a mother of 2 teenagers and have been married for 17 years.
I love the fact I'm able to take care of my customers and their hair needs. If it's beautifying them to put back the confidence or making them feel a million dollars. I enjoy coloring, highlighting cutting, styling and most of all glamoring them up on a special occasion. I'm very particular in my work and not having my customer leaving without satisfactory.
I always follow what I believe in and always follow my dreams.
At first when I was introduced to Monat I was very skeptical and thought that this company is just like everyone else. When I started using Monat on all of my customers that's when I started noticing a difference in their hair. Hair is the most important part of our life because we wear it every single day. Monat is known for Modern Nature. Monat Products are Naturally Base that Repairs, Rejuvenates and Regrowths.
Monat products have no chemicals, no silicones, no wax and so much more. Monat is originally in the US has opened the doors for 6 years also in Puerto Rico and Canada 5 years. They have expended to three other countries such as UK, Poland and Ireland. I am happy to be with the company for 3 years and seeing how quickly the company is growing and projecting their goals.
I've seen great results on my customers and they are happy on how healthy and shiny their hair is.
My journey started 3 years ago and has continued to grow now. Being part of our first anti ageing hair care company, I am very happy that I'm able to share this wonderful company to all of you.. I'm all about caring and sharing. Most of all I treat everyone like family.

Rina helped me find hair products that would moisturize my blonde hair but also be safe with extensions, i have fallen in love with the products, and the face line! Rina has the biggest heart and is amazing at answering any questions and recommending different products to try. Rina is an amazing colourist and hairstylist. She takes her time with clients, and always goes above and beyond to please them. Her passion for Monat products has helped so many people. Rina is the only person I trust with my hair, with over 20 years experience she does an excellent job and takes her time to make sure you are getting what you want.
