Hi! I am Vanessa and I am an independent Pruvit promoter.
I started my business two years ago, shortly after the Covid pandemic started. It started with keto. I researched keto as a way to lose weight, but ended up doing it because of the research I found around the keto diet and brain health. My family has a lot of Alzheimer disease, which really scares me.
