I'm definatly enjoying writing these few lines since I've never really focus on this part in my young career. The past few years have been rock and roll. Ive been working behind stoves and bars at many places and events
My Specialities are food, drinks and kitchen environments. Now I want to focus on having a relationship with the costumers and I might have a weird manners and behaviors. I've been into the hiding into the ''back of the house'' for so long now.
