About Sine Burlon

Sine’s Place (pronounced Seena) is a private hair and nail studio exclusively for women, conveniently located in Dutchess County NY.

My name is Sine, (pronounced Seena) I have been a licensed professional cosmetologist since 1991. 
I have loved doing hair and nails since I was a kid when I purchased a DIY book “How to Cut Your Own or Anybody Else’s Hair” that was the beginning. I was also that kid that bit her nails that why I love to share how everyone can have nails that they love.
The only way I can explain how I feel about my profession is like being a child playing in a sandbox, it makes me happy. 
Did you know, being a Cosmetologist is voted one of the happiest jobs in the world. I take pride in listening to what my client’s needs and wants are. I truly value the relationships I have forged with my clients over the years and look forward to getting to know you, your hair and your your nails.
